Time
Group sessions begin at 7:30pm. Please try to arrive by 7:15pm, as doors will be closed and session will begin promptly at 7:30pm.

What is group healing?
These are intuitively guided energy healing sessions that locate and dissolve energetic blockages within the collective mind. By purifying the contents of the mind such as beliefs, perceptions, and attitudes, we are able to heal the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies.

You will have the opportunity to sit peacefully during the meditation and healing session, being given a verbal summary throughout that will help you to understand and crystallize the energy of your shift. You will also receive a written message for the evening, created specifically for your group.

This is intended to be an evening of reflection and healing just for you – it is not necessary for you to share or discuss with the group.

What to bring?
Please bring a pillow or meditation bench for your comfort. We will be seated on carpeted floor during the session. Bring along your friends and loved ones if you wish!

Join us at a distance for an ESSENCial Alignment Group healing session! These are intuitively guided energy healing sessions that locate and dissolve energetic blockages within the collective mind. By purifying the contents of the mind such as beliefs, perceptions, and attitudes, we are able to heal our physical, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies.

How to join in
Intended to be an evening of reflection and healing just for you, find a comfortable and relaxing space to sit from 7:30 – 8:30pm MST. Your simple intention to join the group dynamic and receive benefit from the healing experience will easily connect you to the energy of the group.

On a piece of paper, you may want to write a short intention (what you are hoping to receive from the session – be it physical, mental, emotional or spiritual in nature) and keep it with you throughout, letting your focus fall gently upon the change you are aiming to bring into your life at this time. You may meditate or do something else low-key that will allow you to pay attention to shifts and changes occurring throughout the duration of the session.
