When you have received your notification by email that your session
has been completed, you will be able to download an MP3 version
directly from our server. The MP3 is an audio file of your healing
session. For your convenience, this allows you to listen to your
session while you wait to receive your Audio CD in the mail.

The MP3 version of your session that you download from our servers
is not as high quality as the recording on your Audio CD. We do
this to speed up your download process.
If you have any problems accessing your online session, please
contact us and
we will be happy to help you out.
If you live in Canada, Audio CD's are generally received within
one week. If you live outside of Canada, Audio CD's are received
within three weeks, depending on Border Customs.
Please note that your online Audio Session is on our server
for 30 days only, and will be removed after that time.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR DOWNLOADING YOUR SESSION
Once your session has been recorded, it will be uploaded to your
personal folder on our server. Your personal folder will require
a username and password for access.
Your username is selected as shown below:
Client Name: John Smith
Username: jsmith
Your password is provided via email after session is complete
and payment is received.
Please note: your username must always be in
lowercase
1. Your personal folder will be located online
as shown below:
www.livingyouressence.com/session/username
Using John Smith as an example, the address includes
the first initial and last name:
www.livingyouressence.com/session/jsmith
2. You will be prompted for your username and
password to access the folder:
Username: jsmith
Password: to be provided by email upon completion
of your session
3. Once you have accessed your personal folder,
you will find 2 choices (example):
a. Parent Directory…>
b. Feb16 jsmith.mp3…>
4. Click on "b." and you will be prompted
to: OPEN, SAVE, or CANCEL. Select SAVE, and choose a location
on your computer where you would like to save the file (saving
to “desktop” works well). If you are not prompted
to save the file, and the session automatically opens and begins
to play, simply right click on the link instead. This will allow
you to download it to your computer, as you will find the choice
‘Save Link As’.
5. Once saved on the desktop, you will need to open the
MP3 file in order to play your session. If there isn’t a
prompt to open the file, you may play your session by simply double
clicking on the file. The file will play in any media player that
supports MP3 playback:
e.g. iTunes, Windows Media Player, Real Media Player, etc.
Please note: the downloaded file is a low quality
MP3 file and is there for your convenience; the CD you will receive
is of professional quality.
If you have any questions, feel free to contact
us.
